Our marzipan molders are available in working width from
180 mm to 1.200 mm. Depending on the job to do there are
many different machines. Starting with the small marzipan
molder Type MZ for half-sided and fully-plastic articles
up to the high-capacity molders Type MZF and Type RM which
is used in combination with molding plants fort he production
of marzipan bar chocolate.
Our Marzipan extruders are available in working width
from 100 mm to 1.800 mm. The extruders are also available
in different designs. The main extruder Type AK is used
for continuous extrusion of individual bars. The AK-D
version is used for multicolor extrusion.
OKA depositors out of the biscuit and confectionery range
of machinery are designed for the processing of marzipan
as well. They are suitable for the production of wire-cut
